Do you ship your products to all countries?

No, as of now, we are only shipping to select cities inside India. soon we will be expanding globally.

 

Can I track the package once you ship it?

Yes, you would receive an email with the Tracking Number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.

 

What are your shipping charges for deliveries inside India?

There is a flat shipping rate of Rs.100 for orders below Rs.2,000. For orders above Rs.2,000 shipping is free.

 

Can you send the parcel with a lower value invoice or declare it as a Gift?

We would not be able to send parcels with a lower invoice or declare it as a Gift. We abide by the rules of the country and do not follow such practices.

 

I am an office going person and would not be at home to collect the parcel. What do I do?

You would be sent the tracking details of the courier within 24 hours of shipment from India. You could contact your local courier office and schedule a delivery based on your convenience and availability.

 

Would you be able to ship my products in different packages?

Such decisions are made, based on the order placed. Please email us with your order tracking number and the request. We shall get back to you based on the order that’s placed.

 

What are the couriers you use to ship the products?

We use reputed couriers like FedEx, FirstFlight, Blue Dart, based on the destination of delivery.

 

I do not like a product that I received, Can I return this product?

We would be able to accept returns for all eligible products. Please check the returns policy, to understand if the product that you ordered is eligible for return.
